Step 1: Enquiry

Step 2: Discuss about purposes of the inspection trip and customers’ expectation (via e-mail, phone, skype, etc.)

Step 3: Propose suggestions and quotation

1. Creating list of potential business partners

Selecting potential partner businesses. Confirming the type of business and industrial sectors required by the customers, offering potential companies that suit particular conditions. (There are cases that suitable companies cannot be found due to innitially narrow conditions, therefore please examine Vietnam’s business environments under various perspectives and consider expanding the conditions scope in order to simplify the searching process. The industrial sector, business type, trading products or services, locations, etc. Surveys will be conducted after suitable businesses are identified. In the report, information such as company name, address, representative name, contact, website, etc. will also be noted down.

(1) Listening to customer’s requirements (industry, area, service content, etc.)
(2) Premilinary survey: Conduct research activities to meet customers’ demand; suitable company might not exist (This step takes about one week)
(3) List created in (2) will be reported to customers. Once our customers content is reached, the process of making contract will be executed (profession fiduciary contract)
(4) Payment
(5) The created list will be provided after payment is successfully confirmed (Duration is about 1 week)

2. Screening

Visiting companies that are on the list, those that truly wish to cooperate will be selected out. The cases of [eye-catching appearance] usually occured among developing countries and Vietnam is not an exception. Some companies website are nicely decorated with many products posted up, which brings out high expectation during the visit. However in facts, during the business discussion, [completely unable to cooperate] issue often occurs. Since a business trip requires a large amount of time and effort, this problem is time and budget – consuming without delivering any useful result.

Partner companies listed in 1 will be surveyed. For example, exchanging e-mail, contact, detailed products, materials, prices, etc.

3. Scheduling appointments for negotiation meetings

Customers will be suggested to select a destination from the potential companies list, the schedule will be adjusted to achieve highest efficiecy. (schedule form will be prepared but can also be customized accordance to customers’ requirements)

During the inspection tour, our customers will be accompanied by AGS’s professional team to conduct meeting with Vietnamese companies’ representatives. Our interpreter will be at your assistance for greetings, company brief introduction, interpreting the discussion, answering questions, documentary photographing, etc. Time for a business inspection will be varied from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes and likewise for next companies.

Companies from list created in 1 or 2 will be selected to conduct inspection trips
